[CUBE] Changing administrator in Panther

Dear Listers,

Thank you ALL for your precious support. As I read in your posts, there's no (easy) way to only change the administrator/short name under Panther, so I've tried what some of you mentioned (most of you I'd say)...

System Preferences -> Accounts -> add a new user. Now how do I set this new user to have administration priviledges!?

I may sound silly, but I can't find a way to do it :(
