John,

I know this is not pleasant, but your Cube config makes me feel jealousy ;)

I'm affraid you don't have (nowadays) a chance to put a supported dual CPU in a Cube.
This is the only dual processor that I'm aware of:

High end singles are supported by Sonnet, PowerLogix and GigaDesigns:

I have a 1.5 gig RAM Cube with radeon 7500 graphics card, twin lcd monitors,
soundsticks, FW external DVD burner, FW external hard disk array (4*120gig
7200rpm 8Mb cache), fitted panaflo fan and removed graphic card mounting
plate to increase airflow, upgraded internal HD to 120 gig Seagate 7200rpm
8mb cache etc panther 10.3.3 ADSL router etc

Not sure what else to upgrade or what is going to give me most bang for
buck/pound sterling

Don1t forget us Europeans get shafted on Mac prices....

I am keen to get either a high end processor upgrade or if the heat
tolerance is there a high end dual processor upgrade.

I cant find any real world comparative performance figures on these
processor options and have heard lots of horror stories

NE1 out there who has got any constructive criticisms please throw in your
2p/2c worth

Regards

John
