CPU Temp: How hot is too hot?...

I measure my temp in Celsius and I can tell you anything above 50 C is 
too hot.  Basically if you can smell the heat then you are around 50 or 
more and it's too much (as far as I am concerned).  Now Apple may have 
some numbers or maybe XLR8yourmac.com or CubeOwner.com .
