[CUBE] Cube entertainment centre

My Cube is exactly that... My entertainment center... iTunes, iPhoto,
DVD's, and TV... It's also on my AirPort net so I can surf or check my
mail on it if I want [Hardly ever do that, as it's not in a comfortable
position for that anymore - I'm on my Xserve now, which is my
"office"]... I think you should sell your wife on getting a Formac
Studio TVR so you'll have TV on it also... With the TVR, you could use
the sound output to run a great sound system if you wanted... I have
satellite TV piped into it and don't even own a TV anymore... My Cube
has the TVR, and my Xserve inherited it's MyTV/FM... I do think you'll
be cheesed-off with a 15" monitor though... 1024x768 is not a lot of
rez for watching wide screen format DVD's... I have a 23" Cinema HD,
but I think a 20" would be fine... Note that if you want to do that,
you'll need some other graphics card if your Cube has the ATi Rage
128... I set my Cube system up on a glass top coffee table in front of
my couch, and it positively kicks butt...
