OSX forgets window resizing... (little OT)

Hi Listers,

I guess everyone out there using OSX (since 10.0) has faced this annoying issue. So I dare to ask if anyone out there has come to a conclusion/solution...

When opening a(n aleatory) pre-defined Finder's window with 'view as icons' option, that window never keeps the atributted size or format. It seems like the Finder is not able to 'remember' the defined format/size/arrangement for this same window, sometimes using the very last one used, obliging a user's redraw in order to see its contents.

Anyone please!?
