[CUBE] Not even Windows can do this!

It could be just me doin' it wrong, but nothing much happens in my Cube 450MHz running Mac OS X v. 10.3.3.

My attention has been drawn to the following OS X 'feature':

In any application, open the rightmost menu (usually Help), and the 
move the pointer just to the right so that the menu closes, but the 
pointer stays on the menu bar.
Now press the right arrow key.
