Not even Windows can do this!

Hello,

it seems this strange behavior happens with any menu item. I've made 
some tries tonight, and had a 100 % success with any of them, including 
the finder menus !
I also noticed that my dock (placed on left side) do not re-appear when 
the mouse pinter reaches the left side of the screen.  In order for the 
dock to re-appear, I have to open a menu in the menu bar.

Is it the same on your systems ?
