10.3 is what I use on all of my Mac's

The cube has....
1.5gig ram
Gforce 2 32mb
80gig 7200RPM 8mb cache drive

Sleep works fine, everything went in easily.

One thing, do the firmware updates, first. Then be careful pulling out the
MB, mine was stuck on the rear pins I had to loosen then a few turns.

Test it before buttoning it al up.
