[Cube] DVD Stuck

Hi, 

I have a little problem with the DVD drive on my cube.
Very often (more often with CD-R) when I want to eject a disk, it gets stuck.
Sometimes I have to "eject" it many times until the disk gets out at least far
enough to grab it and pull it out.
Has anyone a similar problem - or even better a suggestion how to fix it?
