Luis: I bought my cube second hand and I didn't get a Hardware Diagnostic CD that would of normally come with a new cube. Would anyone on the list know where one could download a disk image, a ftp site or something? Forever grateful - if someone with the ways and means could make it available to us cubists without such a necessity. > From: Luis Meleiro <luis_meleiro at cilsp.com> > Reply-To: "A place to discuss Apple's Cube." > <cube at listserver.themacintoshguy.com> > Date: Wed, 02 Feb 2005 19:09:41 +0100 > To: <cube at listserver.themacintoshguy.com> > Subject: Re: [Cube] firmware problem > > Marco, > > I would suggest you to run the 'Hardware Diagnostic' CD that came with the > Cube to determine if the problem is hardware related. > > Good luck, > LM > >>>> marco.demaria_at at libero.it - 31/01/2005 11:56 AM >>> > My cube is 450 mhz, ram 256 for G4, I try to update firmware from 3.2 > (version boot ROM: $0003.32f1) to 4.1.9 but.. when it boot up lamp > flash (ok) but appear no index bar and a window on desktop on os9.2.2 > tell that the firmware isn't update.
