[Cube] OS X.3 vs. OS X.2?

I need some help!!!! My Cube won't start and the power light does not 
come on. I bought a new power supply but still doesn't work. Any 
suggestions? Also, where in the heck is the Cuda? Thanks Cubers, Mel
