Actually, not ALL of them.

According to Apple's "L22813C-AP_PMG4_DS.pdf" Specification Sheet for the Power Mac G4, there were four models with the following specs:

1GHz PowerPC G4 - Order Number M8839*
Dual 1.25GHz PowerPC G4 - Order Number M9171*
Dual 1.25GHz PowerPC G4 - Order Number M8840*
Dual 1.42GHz PowerPC G4 - Order Number M8841*

The 'Software' note states:

Mac OS X with Classic environment, Mac OS 9 bootable (for M9171 only), QuickTime, iCal, iChat, iLife (includes iTunes, iPhoto,iMovie, and iDVD8), DVD Player, iSync, Mac OS X Mail, Microsoft Internet Explorer, Acrobat Reader, Art Directors Toolkit, FAXstf, GraphicConverter, OmniGraffle, OmniOutliner, and Developer Tools.
