[Cube] Cube RAM

G4-450MHz tower uses the same RAM as the Cube.  However, the Cube is  
limited to only 3 - 500MB chips = 1.5 GB max.

Use PC100, 3.3V, unbuffered, 8-byte, non-parity, 168-pin SDRAM.   
Minimum RAM speed 125MHz (8 ns).
