[Cube] CD stuck in cube

If your DVD drive is the one that originaly came with the Cube 450MHz,
it is set to slave and the HD is set to master. 
I suppose that it should not be the reason you're not seing data when
you insert a CD/DVD. That could be because of the speed used to record
the data... just guessing here.

Now, what about the dvd reader that is currently in my cube?  Does it
want to be master or slave by default?  I am curious because I am here
wondering if this is the reason why my cube can see the drive but will
not read and cd mounted in it or boot from it.
