[Cube] GigaDesigns G4/1.4GHz cpu upgrade

hi:
i am considering upgrading my cpu- stock 450 to a giga/ my cube came  
wiht a geoforce 32 mbdesigns 1.4 ghz. anybody uses it or knows a  
reason no to do it? it will be my first such upgrade. any pointers?  
anything else i should consider upgrading? also, my cube has a  
geforce 2 mx 32 mb and so far so good. i believe that other than the  
hd- 120 gb and memory (2 512 and 1 256 mb) and an airport card, it is  
pretty much as it came.
