[Cube] update on sad cube

hi to all:
i have been unable to test the vrm, cpu or video card, but i was able  
to test the PSU.
thanks to Dave Kuebler, who explained how to do it, i found out that  
the out put is 16.9, not good news.
for starters, i need a new PSU, and once i have that i can start  
testing the components.
if anybody has a good PSU for sale, please lml
thanks to all you have been helping me figure out what is wrong with  
my cube.
