That is Radeon, as I suspected. Pull the core out of the cube and  
check if you have a small fan on the graphic card. If you do it is  
most likely stuck. Unfortunately it is not easy to replace. :(
We'll move on if you can confirm that there is a fan there was a small  
number of Radeons without a fan...
