Not really.  The iMac can be mounted in the same manner as a display.
It takes another piece of hardware ... and the removal of the foot it  
stands on ...
(I'm thinking it's mounted to a wall vs an arm attached to a desk.)

With a bluetooth keyboard and mouse ...  you're in business ...
