Dave: You are absolutely right. I guess I'm going paranoid with this. Anyway, the iMac I was offered (- 200 Eur) is OFF. Now my chances are only to buy the new model (FW800) or... consider the 24-inch. 
 
I need to earn more money!!! ;-)
