Hi Liza: sorry to hear about your Cube's incident. 
You can try eBay or here <http://yourmacstore.com/shop/default.asp> for a Cube logic board (or should we call it motherboard?). 
 
Perhaps someone at CubeOwner's forum <http://www.cubeowner.com/forums/> will also be able to give you some precious advice/hint. 
CPU upgrades for Cubes are becoming rare nowadays, and I suspect you will only be able to find some at Other World Cumputing <http://www.macsales.com/> 
 
I am (obviously, I suppose) only pointing you to links/options/offers inside United States of America.
