iPhoto. No Access to Picture File Names

A little help needed.

I have loaded about 300 pictures from my digital camera into an iPhoto album
on my Flat Screen iMac. I then changed the camera's code numbers to English
titles. Now, I cannot access a list of these names. This is annoying when I
try to upload selected pictures to a Photograph printing web site. I can get
only a list with the original code numbers. I'm sure there must be a way to
do this. Apple tech help was of no help.
