[Duo2400] Foreign Language Posting

I've seen messages from non-native english speakers on here looking 
for help that would benefit from an off-list response in their own 
language.

Mostly I just don't want to miss anything cool or interesting...and 
Robert's message is at about the limit of my college, barely passed, 
french. ;-)

As a 2400 owner I just wish I could read japanese...

Bottomline is, if you don't understand it, it's just like Duo owners 
seeing 2400 messages and visa versa...just got to delete it and move 
on.
