[Duo2400] 2400, OSX and Cardbus

Q1: Yes, same problem
Q2: No, cannot find any solution yet.

I only have problem when the Cardbus card on the top slot.  If I have
Cardbus on bottom slot (firewire card) and non-Cardbus card on top slot
(802.11b card).  This works fine.
