Well having asked to know where we all were, promised to post whatever I received. Only a handful of respondents so not a very exciting list... 1 14.3 % Brazil 1 14.3 % Canada 1 14.3 % UK 4 57.1 % USA ... but the percentages are probably already similar to the actual state of affairs.
