[Duo2400] Duo 280c and 2300c use same RAM?

Sure, you can transfer. Have transferred 8mb from PB280c to PB2300c 
from 36mb to 44mb. The maximum ram for PB2300c is 56mb with standard 
base ram of 8/20 mb.
