	Hi Art,

	You're not a dreamer, but, it's slow.  Netscape 4 is slow (but
much faster).  If you use Netscape 6 or higher, it's slow.  If you have a
DuoDock with ethernet, it's still slow.  Over a modem it's slow but not
too much slower.  The processor is your bottleneck.  Web browsing is the
impetus I have to consider a 2400 over a 2300.

	I do it all the time and pretend I'm using a 2400 modem with
CompuServ or something.
