2400c as an Airport baste Station

List members,

I have a 2400c with the Global Village combo card and an Orinocco Silver AP
card. Both seem to work fine. The AP seems slow to me though.

My question is:

I want to hook it to a wired ethernet network with the combo card and use
the Airport card to create a software base station. I have tried to do this
but it does not seem to work. Is their a trick to get this to work?

I don't think it is cardbus enabled, if that matters.
