[Duo2400] Battery not charging on 2400C

Hi All!

I have a 2400C that does not seem to want to charge the battery.  I 
have tried 2 batteries now, and have had the same effect.  The PB 
gets a lightning bolt through the battery icon for a second, then 
drops out.   The control strip says that the power supply is plugged 
in, not running off the battery.

Any ideas?   My feeling is the charger on the I/O board is kaput.  If 
so, where can I get one of these and how much? (I live in Australia).
