Duo Dock won't eject.

I know I know,
I shouldn't have done it but I now have avery nice Duo 270c (with a modem -
very rare in Australia as they had trouble geting approval for them)
And a lovely Duo Dock 2 (which to my surprise is installed with another disk
anyway,
This Dock will not automatically lock and unlock the Duo - (now I now why
there is a key slot in the side - to do a manual release.
I remeber that there is a reference out there to this problem - can someone
help with some advice?
