Hate to say it, but I agree.  Software is a pain, but they DO have access.  
Even dialed in from Bandung, Indonesia & Santa Cruz, Bolivia recently.  Other 
than that, I HATE their ads, and have mod'ed my versions to say "You've got 
SPAM!"
