probbably does not help Brandy much, but for all the rest of you;

I recently fleed comcast (after massive price hikes and dopes in 
service; 57$ when I left) and moved to Qwest DSL.  I chose Qwest 
because they offered a "passthrough", allowing you to sign-up for DSL 
without an ISP.  The only thing the ISP's provide is an email account 
and 10megs of webspace (for another 20$+ a month).  I thought this 
was great and it bought the price down to 26$ a month, and garenteed 
640 up/down.

for all those fedup with your broadband service providers this is a 
good option, and qwests dsl department has actually been good.
