8.6, unless you absolutely need 9.1.  I use 9.1.

$370 isn't a bad price for that chip.  Theres a reason I only have a 64.
G3 processor upgrades seem to be cheaper if you buy a whole 2400 with 
it.  Even dollar for dollar
