If you haven't already... The fact that the hard drive AND the floppy from the Dock are not being seen would lead me to first consider that the dock has a problem as opposed to your Duo and/or its OS. Did Norton "reliably access" the dock HD? Perhaps U need to check the Duo's internal connections? I have used Duos & Docks since they came out, and I have *never* had a problem with the FLOPPY not being seen... Craig W.
