Actually any regular POTS line will do pulse, they actually charge in 
some parts of the country for touch tone still. I still have a couple 
of rotary phone and I keep threatening my kids that if they aren't nice 
I will put a rotary pay phone in the hall, instead of the touch tone 
pay phone I'm planning on...
