There are USB -> ADB adapters that allow you to plug ADB devices into USB, 
as well as USB -> Serial adapters, but they don't work the other way 
around. There are specific drivers for it to work.

Granted with a gender changer and other adapters you could get it to plug 
in, but it's not going to function.
