There is not a huge range of solutions, but it is possible to find FlashPath "smart card" readers in the format of a Duo floppy disk. You load it into the disk drive (with the appropriate software installed) and you can move JPG files from your smart card to the Duo hard drive. I am not aware of similar readers for Compact Flash cards. I have successfully used a FlashPath on a Duo 2300c, but I am sure the solution will work for a 280c as well. Other possiblities include downloading to another computer (perhaps a friend's), the transferring to to the Duo via ethernet or zip disk. But to download directly to the Duo will take an appropriate device and there are not many solution other than networking or removable media if you want to use a recent-vintage digital camera. Hope this helps. Robert On Monday, May 12, 2003, at 08:54PM, Jim Allen <jimallen at bright.net> wrote: >Hey Gang, > > New to the list and am looking for some help to keep my trusty old 280c >useful.
