How do I make a Disk Tools floppy?

I'm trying to prepare for future possible problems. My
Duo 2300 won't work with a Duo Dock Plus but it will
work with the floppy drive. How do I make a Disk Tools
floppy? Will it be made when I create floppies from
the Disk Images folder, or do I have to do something
else? It is running system 7.5.3. Thanks for any
helpful information!
