2300c logic board

Anyone know of a place to get a 2300 logic board for under $40 
(included s/h)  I can't find a single place.  FYI, I am attempting to 
upgrade my 280 (upgraded to a color 280c screen) to a PPC processor 
with a 2300 logic board.  Any help would be appreciated.    Oh, and 
by the way,  Duos Rule The World!
