Well, the closest one I know of is Desktop Resetter. However there 
are other alternatives. One is Background Hider, free and 
functionally sweeps everything under the rug. And don't forget 
Virtual Desktop where you can have many desktops to mess up.
A clean desktop may be overrated anyway?
