2400 card cage hardware - cardbus?

Did all 2400's ship with cardbus cages? Did any? The "parts" 2400 I just 
picked up (my first and only 2400 so far) has a cardbus cage, unlike any 
3400 I ever heard of which only ever had a 16 bit cage. Just to clarify, 
I'm not asking about any cardbus abilities of the logic board, just the 
cage hardware.
