Palm sync problems

I have 9.1 on my 2300c and I installed Palm desktop last night, but it only 
sees the internal modem port not the combo port. I have disabled all fax 
software but still it does not show. AppleTalk sees the port and uses it, 
but nothing else does, like Z-Term. :'(
