Sorry to hear replacing the fan didn't help. Try putting on some headphones with some relaxing music playing, or how about some ear-plugs? Otherwise, you might be able to build a small box lined with fiberglass insulation that fits over the fan hole in the dock, and extends several inches out from the dock. The noise is probably coming from the fan blades. The insulation might diffuse the noise.
