[DuoList] Installing OS 9.2 on pb 2400

Entirely false.  Many people have found 9.2.2's finder to be much more 
responsive than 9.1 on 2400s and 3400s (myself included).  In fact, a 
lot of people simply take the 9.2.2 finder and put it into their 9.1 
system folder to get the improved performance.
