Hi Ed - I just checked shrevesystems.com - they now have aphoto of the dockPlus. Click on the CPU list,and there it is. The duo is completely enclosed by the dock - inserted like a vcr tape. Once it is in 3/4 of the way, the dock pulls it in automatically, all connections are made, and it's rock and roll. Also, just in case you did not get the note from another duo lister, go to www.genchan.com for photos of opening up the duo. Be carefull!
