[DuoList] Rasterops duoMate 16sc

Hello all

Anyone have any history with a Rasterops Duomate 16sc.

I just picked one up and it work great except I am having problems with 
the video output.

I installed the Duomate control panel,  but nothing shows up on the 
external monitor, the monitor control panel knows it is there. It shows 
up as monitor 2.

Tried with a 210 and a 280c, Os 7.5 and 8.1. It seems to like 7.5 
better that 8.1

Using a Apple M1212 monitor, Macintosh color display 14"
