[DuoList] Battery restart program for the Duo?

If you're trying to recover a battery, I suggest you find someone local to your... locale(!) with a LIND Supercharger; best device I have ever seen to refresh a Duo battery...
 
I have one; I am in Houston Texas.

what do you mean by 'restart the batteries'? (if you mean recondition
them there should have been a program that came with the duo called
'battery recondition'... its part of the system software..)
