Hi Greg,
Look at eBay :-). The 2.5 inch SCSI drives got as big as 1.1 GB.
There are adaptors that are small enough to fit on a an IDE
drive so one could use it with the little 280. Here's one.

for the smaller programs used by the little 280 you don't need as
much storage as you do with recently released programs and
notebooks. Do you have a duodock? It's easier to find the larger
size SCSI drives that fit in the dock.
