[DuoList] Any Way to use SD or Compact Flash on a Duo2300c?

I have found that you can get a ide/eide to usb self powered adapter for 
about $10US. I am thinking remove the HD and replace it with a SD or 
Compact Flash reader. Should be much lower Power Consumption and longer 
battery life !
