Worked fine but the main CPU clock chip had to be replaced to accomplish it. Not for the weak of heart or those lacking in proper SMT soldering equipment! Really didn't make much of a difference in the end, either. That rig is floating around somewhere....sold it a few years back. No chance for a G3 upgrade...wrong bus setup.
