[DuoList] Edirol UA-5 on a 2400

I'm trying to get an Edirol UA-5 USB audio interface to work with my 2400. I 
have a MacAlly USB card that seems OK.
The Edirol shows up in Apple System Profiler as being installed, but it 
doesn't show up in the sound control panel the way I think it should.

I'm using OS 9.1 and I think I installed everything right, but the interface 
does not allow me to send audio in and out of it.

Any ideas?
